New way of SELECTING TIME in forms.
ON THE LEFT: Old/Current style. Hours and minutes in different dropdowns.
CENTER + RIGHT: New concept. A circular time-picker pops-up by clicking the clock-icon. First you would select hours and by clicking OK in the middle you would get to choose minutes(5, 10, 15, 20...etc).
This is just a concept. I'm just so bored with dropdown selections in these type of things.
